1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Chamra Kutir and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.
2. Use of the Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that is fraudulent or harmful, and you must provide accurate information when placing an order.
3. Products, Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Descriptions, images and prices (in Bangladeshi Taka, BDT) are shown as accurately as possible but may change without notice. Genuine leather carries natural marks, veins and shade variation from piece to piece — these are characteristics of real hide, not defects. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a pricing or stock error has occurred.
4. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment via the methods shown at checkout (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card through our payment partner). Online payments are collected in full at checkout; COD is collected at the time of delivery.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and charges are estimates shown at checkout and may vary with location, demand and courier conditions outside our control. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct, as we may call to confirm before dispatch.
6. Warranty & Repairs
Stitching, zippers and metal fittings carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, repaired free of charge. Warranty does not cover normal wear, water damage, cuts, misuse or natural patina. Out-of-warranty repairs are offered at a reasonable charge.
7. Returns, Exchange & Refunds
You may exchange an unused item in its original condition within 7 days of delivery. Wrong or defective items are replaced at our cost, including return courier charges. Personalised or monogrammed items are non-returnable except for a genuine quality issue. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as agreed for COD orders.
8. Privacy & Your Data
